Pulitzer-prize winning journalist and author Mark Schleifstein, an environmental reporter for The Times-Picayune, at the Tulane University Hillel chapter's house on the school's campus with a group of "voluntourists" from the Chicagoland area and members of the Jewish community in the Garden District of New Orleans, Louisiana on March 12, 2008. The group of "voluntourists" from Glencoe, Illinois is traveling to New Orleans to combine traditional tourism with volunteer work in the aftermath of the devastation wrought by Hurrica Katrina in 2005.
