Relatives and families of those who buried their loved ones at  the street from the historically black Burr Oak Cemetery attend a prayer vigil across the street from Burr Oak in Alsip, Illinois on July 12, 2009.  On July 9, four managers and caretakers at the historically black Burr Oak Cemetery were arrested on charges of fraud and dismembering human remains; as families descended upon the site in search for answers, investigators were forced to close down the site as more dismembered human remains were discovered.
