A volunteer from the University of Gyor sorts through firewood, some of which was sullied by an industrial accident when a reservoir ruptured at a nearby aluminum plant, in Devecser, Hungary on November 20, 2010. Toxic red alumina sludge gushed through Devecser and several nearby towns in the aftermath of an industrial accident at the MAL factory in the nearby town of Ajka, Hungary on October 4, 2010; nearly seven weeks later, Devecser is still very much in the initial recovery phases with an entire neighborhood slated for destruction and hundreds injured and many families homeless.
