A shepherd tends to his flock of sheep in front of a four windmill wind farm which will exclusively power the nearby Caspian Fisheries, a caviar company and packaging plant, when completed in late 2011 or early 2012, near Xirdalan, Azerbaijan on December 5, 2011. Traditionally an oil and gas rich and reliant country, this wind farm is among the first wind farms to be built in Azerbaijan.
