Portuguese workers stretch before getting to work just after dawn at a four windmill windfarm under construction being built by the Spanish firm Gamesa which will exclusively power the nearby Caspian Fisheries, a caviar company and packaging plant, when completed in late 2011 or early 2012, near Xirdalan, Azerbaijan on December 5, 2011. Traditionally an oil and gas rich and reliant country, this wind farm is among the first wind farms to be built in Azerbaijan.
