Gertha Scott cries after discovering the grave of her father, Robert Scott Sr., had been tampered with and is embraced by Michelle Hargrove, 40, who discovered the grave of her mother, Annette Hargrove, had also been tampered with at the entrance to the Burr Oak Cemetery, one of the oldest and most historic black American cemeteries on the outskirts of Cook County, the same day four cemetery managers and caretakers were arrested on felony charges of disinterring and dismembering bodies at the cemetery in order to resell the plots to unsuspecting members of the public in Alsip, Illinois on July 9, 2009.
