Pedestrians walk passed the iconic Sears Tower, the tallest building in North America, newly renamed the Willis Tower after a new lease agreement with the London-based Willis Group Holdings granted the company naming rights in Chicago, Illinois on July 16, 2009.  Previously named the Sears Tower, the building opened to the public in 1973.
