The chapel at the Faith Mission, a homeless shelter, that demands mandatory chapel service of certain populations among the homeless such as the perpetually indigent and those with drug and alcohol dependency issues in Elkhart, Indiana on April 8, 2009.  Elkhart has seen a surge in unemployment in the last year from 4.5% in 2008 to 20% this year, leaving many more individuals and families homeless; the main building of the Faith Mission is located in the former site of the RV Manufacturing Museum and Library.
