Interim Chicago Police Superintendent John Escalante flanked by Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel during a press conference at Chicago City Hall announcing more Tasers for Chicago police officers and training following a deadly shooting involving Chicago police over the weekend while Mayor Emanuel was on vacation in Cuba in Chicago, Illinois on December 30, 2015.  Over the weekend, Chicago police shot and killed 55 year old Bettie Jones and 19 year old Quintonio LeGrier while responding to a call over a domestic incident.
