Chicagoans watch outside the Tribune Tower as Chicago Tribune columnist John Kass awards Kevin Floyd, 30, a beef tongue for his winning entry to a contest sponsored by The Chicago Tribune to name former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich's memoirs in Chicago, Illinois on March 6, 2009. The winning entry, Rod and the Giant Impeach, surged ahead in the final minutes the online contest was open, leading Kass to speculate on Chicago-style tactics in his column; the beef tongue was awarded "in symbolic anticipation" that the former governor will "sing to the feds."
