Protesters gather outside the Olivet Baptist Church before a protest organized by Communities for an Equitable Olympics 2016, an umbrella group comprised of various community organizations, at Martin Luther King Drive and 31st Street in Chicago, Illinois on August 14, 2008. Chicago is currently bidding for the 2016 Olympics; organizers question the long-term economic benefits to the communities effected by the construction of the Olympic village and the city's financial resources.
