Disinterred earth the Cook County Sheriff's Office described as the scene after a funeral that day despite their being earth on top of the casket at the Burr Oak Cemetery, one of the oldest and most historic black American cemeteries on the outskirts of Cook County, the same day four cemetery managers and caretakers were arrested on felony charges of disinterring and dismembering bodies at the cemetery in order to resell the plots to unsuspecting members of the public in Alsip, Illinois on July 9, 2009.
